Barista

Crave Coffee is looking for dependable, energetic Baristas to help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced position that plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.

Position Requirements

To be considered, applicants must meet all of the following:
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
Open availability for 7 AM – 12 PM and 12 PM – 6 PM shifts with weekend availability

OR at minimum, availability for 12 PM – 6 PM shifts with full weekend availability

A current resume and cover letter required with application, applications without a resume and cover letter will not be reviewed.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea drinks
Take guest orders and provide menu recommendations
Clean and reset the coffee bar
Complete daily and deep cleaning tasks
Replenish stock and maintain back-of-house organization
Remove dishes and reset guest areas
Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards
Help maintain a smooth, efficient workflow during busy shifts

Skills & Qualifications

Experience as a busser, food runner, or similar role is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry supplies as needed
